19 Year Old Boy Sodomised Over a K50

Police in Mumbwa, Central Province, have apprehended a 22-year-old man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 19-year-old Grade 11 pupil.

Central Province Police Commanding Officer, Lemekani Chirwa, says the suspect, Emmanuel Magoye, allegedly assaulted the victim on multiple occasions between March and May 2026.

According to police, the incident occurred after the suspect was given shelter at the victim’s home. The matter was reported to police on 22nd July 2026, and a medical report was issued.

The suspect is in police custody awaiting further investigations.
